Spa Cifics

The following information will help you prepare for and enjoy your spa experience to the fullest. If we haven't answered all of your questions, please contact us at or by phone at (870) 867-1220.


Appointments

Making a Spa Appointment: Reservations are required for all spa services. Calling in advance is strongly encouraged and better insures we will be able to accommodate your requests for times and services. Overnight guests are encouraged to make arrangements at the time lodging reservations are made. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment.

Please allow 48-72 hours for a response to an online request. We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling requests; however, an online request is not a confirmation. We will contact you by phone or email with a suggested appointment schedule. To confirm the appointments, you will need to provide us with a credit card number.

Cancellation Policy: Our professional staff is scheduled to be at the Spa for your appointment(s) and depend upon those services for payment of their time. If you must cancel or reschedule services, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for single treatments and 48 hour prior for multiple services, vacation spa packages and group events to avoid being charged.

Your Arrival: As a courtesy to our guests, appointments begin and end on time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; arriving later than that could shorten your treatment time. This will allow us time to gather some general information to assist the Therapists in providing your services, as well as allowing you time to slip into a comfy robe, relax and get into a spa state of mind!

Gratuities: A gratuity is entirely at your discretion; however, if you enjoy your service, customary tipping is 15-20% and can be given directly to your Therapist(s) or added to your bill when you check out. For your convenience, our spa packages and group bookings include a 20% gratuity.

What to Wear: Many of our guests are "first time" spa-goers and can be anxious about their spa experiences. We make every attempt to put you at ease, so you can relax and enjoy your time at the spa.

Please arrive comfortably dressed, but do not bring valuables. We will not be responsible for your valuables or personal possessions.

When you arrive, you will be shown to our locker room and allowed to disrobe in private and slip into one of our spa robes and sandals. Although most people find they enjoy their services fully disrobed, it is your personal preference whether you are more comfortable undressing completely or wearing your undergarments or a bathing suit. Some treatments require loose fitting clothing to be worn. Please refer to Spa Services for this information or ask one of our staff.

Modesty Draping: Your comfort is of utmost importance to us. Your modesty will be respected at all times with professional draping; during your treatment you will be covered and only the area of the body being treated will be exposed. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please let us know prior to your appointment, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Contraindications: You will be asked pertinent information about your health prior to your service. Please be sure to inform us if you are pregnant or have medical conditions such as high blood pressure, seafood allergies, diabetes, or chemotherapy treatments as some conditions may be contraindicated for heat therapies, massage or skin care. Please be aware that alcohol consumption is discouraged prior to, during and after your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Quiet, Please!: So that you and others may enjoy the complete relaxation that the Spa offers, we ask that you turn off cell phones once you are in the treatment area.

Hours of Operation:

Hours vary based upon the season. Please ask for our current hours of operation.

Memorial Day to Labor Day:

Open 7 days a week

Off Season: Open 7 days a week. Closed Tuesday.
Closed Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

We will try to accommodate special arrangements for groups and "spa-rties" when we would normally be closed. Please call us at least one week prior to booking your group with your requested date and times.

Pricing and Services: All prices, services and spa activities are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the services and prices at the time you make your appointment(s) with the Spa Coordinator.

Children and Pets: We welcome spa-goers of all ages and we are a pet friendly facility; however, children must be at least 12 years of age to be spa guests without a parent or guardian. Small children and pets are welcome in the reception area, but will not be allowed in the treatment area. If you need a baby sitter or pet sitter, please let us know at least 48-72 hours in advance, and we will arrange one for you.
