The following information will help you prepare for and enjoy your spa experience to the fullest.

Making a Spa Appointment: Reservations are required for all spa services. Calling in advance is strongly encouraged and better insures we will be able to accommodate your requests for times and services. Overnight guests are encouraged to make arrangements at the time lodging reservations are made. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to our professional staff, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule services. Spa services cancelled without 24-hour notice or no-shows will be billed to your credit card at 50% of the service cost.
If you are a guest at Mountain Harbor Resort, cancelling your room will not cancel your spa appointments. You must contact the spa directly to cancel reserved appointments.
Your Arrival: As a courtesy to our guests, appointments begin and end on time. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; arriving later than that could shorten your treatment time. Arriving 20 minutes prior to your appointment will allow us to gather some general information to assist the Therapists in providing you exceptional service, as well as allow you time to change into a TCS robe, take a deep breathe, and slip into a spa state of mind!
Gratuities: A gratuity is entirely at your discretion; however, if you enjoy your service, customary tipping is 15-20% and can be given directly to your Therapist(s) or added to your bill when you check out. For your convenience, our spa experiences and group bookings include a 20% gratuity.
What to Wear: Please dress comfortably, and leave your valuables at home. We will not be responsible for your valuables or personal possessions.
When you arrive, you will be shown to the changing room where you may disrobe in private and slip into a spa robe and sandals. You will be assigned a keyed locker to secure your personal belongings while in treatment. It is your personal preference whether you undress completely or wear your undergarments or a bathing suit. Some treatments do require that you wear loose fitting clothing. Please refer to Spa Services for this information or ask one of our staff.
Modesty Draping: Your comfort is of utmost importance to us, and your modesty will be respected at all times with professional draping. During your treatment you will be covered, and only the area of the body being treated will be exposed. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please let us know prior to your appointment, and we will try to accommodate your request.
Contraindications: You will be asked pertinent information about your health prior to your service. Please inform us if you are pregnant or have medical conditions such as high blood pressure, any allergies, diabetes, or chemotherapy treatments as some conditions may be contraindicated for heat therapies, massage, or skin care. Please be aware that alcohol consumption is discouraged prior to, during, and after your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Quiet, Please! We ask that you turn off cell phones when you are in the treatment area.
Hours of Operation:
Hours vary based upon the season. For May, Turtle Cove Spa is open from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; and Friday and Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. The spa is closed on Tuesday. After May 28, we will be open 7 days a week.

We will try to accommodate special arrangements for groups and spa parties when we would normally be closed. Please call us at least one week prior to booking your group with your requested date and times.
Pricing and Services: All prices, services and spa activities are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the services and prices at the time you make your appointment(s).
Children and Pets: We welcome spa-goers of all ages; however, children must be at least 12 years of age to be spa guests without a parent or guardian present. Small children are welcome in the reception area, but will not be allowed in the treatment area. If enjoying a spa kid service and under the age of 12, we ask that an adult be present with the child. We are also a pet-friendly facility, and pets are welcome in the reception area. Pets are not allowed in the treatment area.
Turtle Cove Spa is a smoke-free facility.
